A PURPOSE THAT REMAINSHelping businesses grow with better tools and greater clarity.

THE STARTING POINT

An idea that changed shape, but not purpose.

BlockBusiness began as a university entrepreneurship project around business tokenization: exploring how blockchain could bring investment and liquidity closer to companies outside the major markets.

  1. 01

    Tokenization and blockchain

The first proposal imagined tokenized companies connecting projects and investors in a more direct and accessible way.

  2. 02

    The purpose remains

The project took a different path, but the conviction to help small and medium-sized businesses compete better remained intact.

  3. 03

    Experience becomes action

Manufacturing consulting and project management provided a practical path: useful technology, clear processes and changes that can truly be implemented.

OUR PURPOSE

Democratizing technology does not mean installing everything at once.

It means choosing well, moving in stages and putting each tool at the service of a real need. Digitalization must adapt to the business, not force the business to adapt to it.

Useful

It solves a specific day-to-day problem.

Gradual

It is implemented in steps the team can absorb.

Accessible

It adds value without demanding a large-company structure.

WHO MAKES IT POSSIBLE

Three profiles. Real experience. One ambition.

BlockBusiness brings together specialized knowledge in business, gastronomy and digitalization. These are not interchangeable profiles: each perspective contributes first-hand experience in its field.

BUSINESS CONSULTING

Commercial vision and customer experience

Training in international trade and experience in hospitality, reception, customer service and business management.

GASTRONOMY CONSULTING

Kitchen, product and real operations

Professional experience as a qualified chef, bringing direct knowledge of what happens inside a kitchen, a service and a team.

DIGITALIZATION AND PROJECTS

Technology that gets implemented

Experience in manufacturing consulting, process improvement and project management to turn ideas into usable solutions.

WHAT WE WANT TO CHANGE

A business should not depend entirely on one person.

When knowledge exists only in someone's head, every absence, role change or departure puts continuity at risk. Documenting and standardizing does not remove experience: it preserves, shares and improves it.

Digitalization does not have to be expensive, abrupt or difficult.

  • Processes the team can consult and repeat.
  • Knowledge that stays inside the business.
  • Less dependence on manual work and key individuals.
  • Manageable changes ordered by impact and need.

A FAMILY OF TOOLS

BBShift and BBTask are only the beginning.

They are the first two products in a line that will continue to grow with tools designed around real problems faced by small and medium-sized businesses.

WHY WE WORK THIS WAY

Clear goals. Small steps. Improvement you can measure.

Experience and research into how people work and adopt change point in the same direction: goals work better when they are specific, modular and progressive.

Defined goals

We know what we want to change and how we will recognize improvement.

Modular implementation

We divide change into manageable steps that do not block daily work.

Measurable learning

We observe the result, adjust and scale what works.

HOW WE SHOW UP

Close to the business, not above it.

We work with ambition while keeping our feet on the ground. We listen to the people who sustain the business every day and build alongside them.

  • Trust and proximity
  • Clear communication
  • Shared knowledge
  • Sustainable improvement
